Organization for Monitoring and Evaluation Solutions

About Us

About the organization

Organization for Monitoring and Evaluation Solutions (OMES) is a nonprofit organization established in 2025, committed to strengthening the effectiveness, accountability, and sustainability of development initiatives across Canada and internationally. Created to bridge critical capacity gaps in the nonprofit and public sectors, OMES provides high-quality support to community-based organizations, government agencies, and development partners working to achieve meaningful and lasting impact.

At the heart of our work is a deep belief in locally driven, evidence-informed development. Our model is grounded in equity, collaboration, and continuous learning, ensuring that every initiative we support is community-centered and results-oriented. At OMES, we believe that multiculturalism is one of Canada’s greatest strengths, and that advancing anti-racism requires more than intention—it requires action, accountability, and learning. Through evidence-based approaches, community engagement, and adaptive monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems, we help ensure that multiculturalism and anti-racism initiatives are not only well-intended but effective, measurable, and responsive to the lived realities of people affected by racism. Drawing on our expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), we ensure that every activity contributes to measurable change, continuous learning, and long-term impact in advancing anti-racism and multiculturalism across Canada.

We recognize the growing demand for accountability, measurable outcomes, and sustainable solutions—particularly among under-resourced organizations. Through strategic partnerships and practical technical support, we help our clients turn good intentions into measurable and scalable impact. Our approach goes beyond awareness.

Our clients include grassroots organizations (cultural organizations, groups, Indigenous organizations, volunteer networks), public institutions (Municipal governments, School boards, Colleges and universities, etc.), and international NGOs (Organizations implementing community development, education, or human rights programs, etc.). Whether they are launching a new program, seeking funding, or evaluating results, we serve as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.
